Winter is a season of fun as well as of respiratory diseases.
Here are some tips how to remain safe.
- Wear a mask- especially when the days are very polluted
- Eat citrus fruits
- Do daily gargles
- Avoid smoke and dust inside the home also. Remember indoor pollution is also dangerous
- Do dusting with a wet mop
- Don’t go for early morning walks when the fog is thick
- Get yourself vaccinated for flu and pneumonia.
