What is included in consultation fee?

For online consultation (video or audio) - consultation and prescription (sent via WhatsApp or email). For onsite consultation - vitals examination - pulse, BP, Temp, Respiratory rate, Oxygen Saturation, Random Blood sugar. Doctor consultation and prescription.

How long is it valid?

Each consultation is valid for 5 days. For eg- if you were consulted on 10th of a month, it is valid till 15th of the same month.

Are online consultations valid?

Yes, as per Current regulations, online consultations are valid. However, you may not be prescribed certain drugs via online consultation.

I stay outside Delhi, will I get the medicines prescribed here?

Yes, in the prescription under every brand name- the generic name or composition is clearly printed and you can take any brand with the same composition.

What should I bring or share before my consultation?

Whether online or onsite it always better to bring your latest prescription that you are following, all prescriptions from all specialities, the actual medicines that you are taking, and any reports that you have done within six months. This will help our team to maintain medicine compliance and avoid repetition of tests.

Can prescriptions be in regional languages?

Yes, Prescriptions can be given in most of the regional languages.

When are reports available?

For samples taken in the morning, reports are usually available the same day in the evening. For samples taken in the evening, the reports are usually available by next day evening.

How do I receive reports?

You will receive the soft copy by WhatsApp. However, you can always collect the hard copies from the registration counter.

Can I bring outside lab reports?

Yes, we honour all outside reports, however due to logistic and administrative regions, it may not be possible to enter all your reports into our electronic medical records system.

How are ECGs stored and shared?

Our ECG is stored in the cloud and can be shared either as a colour printout (unlike thermal print outs, colour printouts do not fade) or as a pdf copy on WhatsApp or email on request.

Do you treat children? (Only >12 years / >30 kg)

Currently we only treat patients who are over 12 years of age or at least over 30 kgs in weight.

Do you provide emergency services? (No, referral only)

No, unfortunately beside some basic first aid, we do not provide emergency services. If the doctor determines that you have an emergency, we will refer you to a hospital of your choice.

Can diabetes be reversed?

Yes, Type 2 Diabetes can be reversed. Please contact our centre today!

How do you manage gestational diabetes?

Gestational diabetes is managed by very strict monitoring, medical nutritional therapy, and drugs like metformin and insulin. Most importantly, your gestational diabetes can be treated entirely remotely, online, without the patient having to come physically at our centre.

Do you provide inpatient or daycare services? (No)

Currently, we do not provide any inpatient or daycare services.

Do you provide surgeries or specialist care? (Referral only)

Currently we do not have such specialities under our centre, but we will refer you to doctors whom we trust.

Do you order unnecessary tests? (No, only evidence-based)

Never, We will only prescribe evidence based tests and we will accept results even if it is not done at our centre.

How do I book a consultation?

You can book an in-clinic or online consultation by contacting us on 9205900564 or 9315677470. Please mention whether you need a general medicine, diabetes or weight-management appointment. Book on WhatsApp

What is the consultation fee, and what does it include?

The consultation fee is ₹1,000 for an in-clinic or online appointment. It includes the doctor’s assessment, prescription and follow-up review within the five-day consultation validity period. Relevant reports received during this period can be reviewed and the prescription revised if needed.

Investigations, procedures and vaccinations are charged separately. A new consultation fee applies from day six.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring your prescriptions, medicines, relevant reports and home monitoring readings. See our Before Your Consultation checklist for the complete list.

Are online consultations available?

Yes. Online consultations are available for suitable concerns and follow-up reviews. The doctor may recommend an in-person examination or investigations when needed. Our team will explain how to join the consultation and receive your prescription.

Do you offer obesity and weight management?

Yes. We assess your weight history, medical conditions, current medicines and daily habits. Your plan may include nutrition and activity advice, behavioural support and medical treatment where appropriate.

We agree on realistic goals and review your progress over time. Treatment is personalised; we do not promise a fixed amount of weight loss.

Can type 2 diabetes go into remission?

Some people with type 2 diabetes can achieve remission, meaning their blood glucose remains below the diabetes range without glucose-lowering medicines. Remission is not possible for everyone and does not mean a permanent cure.

Regular monitoring and ongoing health checks remain important. Your doctor can discuss realistic goals for your situation.

Can you help with diabetes during pregnancy?

Yes. We provide assessment and blood glucose management during pregnancy alongside your obstetric care. Treatment includes an individualised monitoring plan, nutrition advice and medicines when needed.

Some follow-up reviews may be suitable online, but they do not replace antenatal appointments, examinations or scans.

Can I bring reports from another laboratory or hospital?

Yes. Please bring your existing reports and prescriptions. The doctor will review them and advise whether any additional or repeat investigations are needed. You do not have to repeat tests simply because they were performed elsewhere.

Do I need to fast before my appointment?

Fasting is not routinely required for the consultation itself. If a particular test needs fasting or other preparation, our team will give you instructions when it is arranged.

Please ask for individual instructions about your regular medicines if fasting is required.

When and how will I receive my reports?

Report timing depends on the tests requested and when your sample is collected. Our team will explain the expected turnaround time when your tests are arranged.

Digital copies can be shared on WhatsApp with your consent. Printed copies can be collected from reception. Please arrange a review to discuss what the results mean and whether your treatment needs to change.

Do you provide emergency treatment or hospital admission?

Global Wellness Centre is an outpatient clinic and does not provide emergency or inpatient services. If you need emergency care, go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department rather than waiting for a clinic appointment or WhatsApp response.

When hospital care or specialist assessment is needed, we advise referral.
