Each consultation is valid for 5 days. For eg- if you were consulted on 10th of a month, it is valid till 15th of the same month.
Yes, as per Current regulations, online consultations are valid. However, you may not be prescribed certain drugs via online consultation.
Yes, in the prescription under every brand name- the generic name or composition is clearly printed and you can take any brand with the same composition.

Yes, Prescriptions can be given in most of the regional languages.
For samples taken in the morning, reports are usually available the same day in the evening.
For samples taken in the evening, the reports are usually available by next day evening.
You will receive the soft copy by WhatsApp. However, you can always collect the hard copies from the registration counter.
Yes, we honour all outside reports, however due to logistic and administrative regions, it may not be possible to enter all your reports into our electronic medical records system.
Our ECG is stored in the cloud and can be shared either as a colour printout(unlike thermal print outs, colour printouts do not fade) or as a pdf copy on WhatsApp or email on request.
Currently we only treat patients who are over 12 years of age or at least over 30 kgs in weight.
No, unfortunately beside some basic first aid, we do not provide emergency services. If the doctor determines that you have an emergency, we will refer you to a hospital of your choice.

Bring all prescriptions from all specialities(the same medicine can be prescribed by different doctors)
Bring the actual medicines that you are taking( sometimes the medicine prescribed might be different from that being actually taking either in dose or composition)
Any reports that you have done within six months
If you use any inhaler or spacer -please bring it with you-our team will teach you the correct technique
If you use insulin pen, then please bring it with you-our team will verify the dose and technique
If you are diabetic or pregnant and coming for an onsite visit- please bring a small snack with you
