After earning his MD from Lady Hardinge Medical College, he practiced in Botswana, Southern Africa, gaining international experience not only in patient care but also in building health systems in resource-constrained settings.
  • He further strengthened his expertise with an AMPH from ISB and Strategic Leadership from IIM Ahmedabad, enabling him to combine medical knowledge with strategic and operational insight.
  • Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Ritez has played a key role in shaping international healthcare collaborations and acquisitions, contributing to the introduction of advanced simulation and healthcare technologies into India.
