Dr. Ritez Kumar

MD Internal Medicine | Medical Director

Dr. Ritez Kumar is an Internal Medicine specialist and DG Shipping-approved medical examiner with over 15 years of clinical experience. He leads Global Wellness Centre in Dabri–Palam, New Delhi, providing seafarer medical examinations, diabetes management and adult medicine consultations.

He completed his MBBS at North Bengal Medical College and his MD in Internal Medicine at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. His clinical experience includes practice in India and Botswana.

His work at the centre brings together maritime medical examinations and ongoing care for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders and asthma. Consultations focus on understanding each patient’s concerns, explaining findings clearly and agreeing on treatment and follow-up.

Dr. Kumar also completed the Advanced Management Programme for Healthcare at the Indian School of Business and the Strategic Leadership Programme at IIM Ahmedabad.
